Massimo comes to Telmar from the Educational Policy Institute in Toronto where he has been a Policy Analyst since 2005. Prior to the EPI, he worked in a variety of positions including: IT Manager at Orbix International in Middlesex, UK; International Marketing & IT Executive at Elettro-Sannio in Benevento, Italy; Client Services Manager at 24/7 Media in Vancouver and Media Research Executive at Zenith Media in London.

   A former member of the Media Research Group in the UK, Massimo holds a B.A in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal and an M.Sc. in European Politics from the London School of Economics.
